This just in!

The folks that own the apartment complex I have been living in for the last year and a half have sold the proerties to new owners which are GOING CONDO.

That means that I will most likely have to move. Condo prices in this area are in the 300k range, and while the apt is nice, it's not nice enough for me to want to own it for that price.

*sigh*
