Yesterday I went in to the Dentist's to get a cracked filling replaced, and ended up with a root canal and an appt tuesday to 'finish' it and get a crown fitted.
In other news, I'm happy to say that I've had 3 Diet Mt Dews in 2 or 3 weeks. Not bad. I'm drinking water with "4C Totally Light 2 Go" in it.
Maggie is doing fine - limping along but she moves quickly when she wants to.
Toby is great, the lump on his side actually subsided about halfway after the Dr did the needle biopsy on it - they found nothing bad.
Sara is doing well - she hurt her back a few days ago but I think she's doing much better now.
Kacey is adapting - her hours means we don't get to see her during the week, but she seems to be enjoying life more up here than she did down south.
Kit (Kacey's cat) just doesn't care as long as we pet her. Even the dogs have pretty much stoppped barking at her when she comes around the gates, but we aren't brave enough to let them mix freely just yet. I think Toby would be fine, but Maggie can get aggressive with cats. Of course, Toby might suprise us if he takes a claw to the nose, so it's best to keep them separated for now.
