This morning bright and early I put oil in the car - and Sunday as well. I added a qt Sunday, checked the dipstick, then left it until this morning to get a more accurate reading. This morning since the oil was barely registering on the stick, I added another quart. *sigh* I had the oil changed about 1200 miles ago. Looks like I get to start checking the oil every 2 weeks or so, unless I want to risk the engine getting more damaged than it is. Not bad for 122k though.
