Man Detained for Tossing Hamsters Off Terrace

This SOB killed six hamsters and a guinea pig by throwing them off his balcony into traffic. He should be immediately executed - it is well known that mass murderers often begin their rampages by torturing and killing animals and working their way up to humans.
