Feeling better this morning - still a little congested but nothing like the past 2 weeks have been. The ears are mainly clear and the dizzyness has mostly gone. Last night nobody knocked (no trick-or-treaters) but as I put a pile of Airheads and a large jug of Atomic Fireballs out by the front door anyone that came by was welcome to help themselves. I think a few people might have taken some stuff, but not enough to dent it. Ah well, I'll bring the fireballs in to work one day.

Finished the Black Adder movies except for Back and Forth and a few extra features on the last DVD. All four seasons are excellent - highly recommended if you like British humor!

Worked saturday at a client site, and my co-worker caught two guys in black masks trying to get the front doors unlocked from the hallway! Large glass doors, and they were trying to wiggle their fingers under the door far enough to reach the lock. Silly burglars. Cops came and the guys ran off, apparently they got away. Excitement abounds.

At that site we were replacing Trend Micro Antivirus with Symantec Antivirus Corporate, a much-superior product. After we got it installed we ran a full scan of all the computers, and it found live virues on two units and infected files on nearly half. One guy had 268 files either infected with or droppers of several dozen viruses, worms, trojans, and spyware packages. When will people learn not to click on attachments?
