US State Department pulls Chinamade PCs from secure networks Update : My government is stupid.

1> They bought 16,000 computers from IBM - it doesn't matter that the branch is now owned by the Chinese. IBM computers are simply the more expensive and less-advanced solution. Dell would be a far better provider.

2> They are moving systems that USED to be on secure networks to non-secure networks. Doesn't this ring any alarm bells?
