Unofficial Windows 2000 Daylight Saving Time Patch : This will correct the DST dates on Windows 2000 and 98 systems.
XP and Vista systems will be fine, as Windows rolled out critical patches for this problem. As long as you have applied all critical patches - and you SHOULD BE - you will be OK.
