Guided Help: Enable the Quick Launch bar in Windows 7
For all of us who miss the ability to have an always-visible bunch of icons on the bottom bar - that wraps to 2 rows if needed - here is the solution!
Simply add a new toolbar that has the old Quick Launch toolbar's attributes. Apparently Windows 7 merely hid this, and didn't remove it.
