Well, the people I bought the dead drive from, NCLC Online, emailed me today saying that they would refund me the price of the drive ASAP. Very nice, and very fast! I get to dispose of the dead drive. I'll let it join its three dead companions, I suppose. If anyone out there needs a drive or computer system, these guys are decent!
