We ended up pulling out four old racks and putting in five! We had to move another old one down by 5" or so, but we made it fit. All the servers are in their new homes, and everything came up correctly, so all in all it went smoothly. Took 5 hrs.

I also got the last 3 servers cloned and configured, they are in the new racks as well.

Last night I watched "Harrpy Potter and the Goblet of Fire" - good one!
