The storm has passed, no damage. A tree limb broke off down the street a bit, it may have hit someone's car, but other than that no real damage in the neighborhood.
We never even lost power, and that is a minor miracle in itself. Pepco apparently took some precautions after the last storm, I noticed some aggressive pruning of any tree that might impinge on the power lines. Looks like it worked!
From the news reports, the entire area got away with minor issues. The problem lies with the areas that were N and NE of the storm track - they got pounded really badly. We were about 50 miles S of the storm at it's closest, and got off easy, while NYC is over 150 miles NE of it and got stomped.
